Return Policy

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with any item purchased from eb5, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a complete and courteous refund. Please ship by UPS or insured Parcel Post, for your protection and to insure prompt delivery, and be sure to include either the original invoice or a copy so that we know how to credit your account. Sorry, shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Unfortunately, department stores that carry eb5 products are unable to accept Website returns. Likewise, eb5 Corporation cannot accept returns of products purchased at stores. Returns must be addressed at the place of purchase.
