Q: Do I need the cleansing and toning formulas or can I just get by with the facial cream?

A: eb5 Facial Cream is designed to be used after cleansing and toning. You can certainly use another cleanser or toner, but for maximum effects we recommend using the eb5 system – eb5 Cleansing Formula, eb5 Toning Formula followed by eb5 Facial Cream. For problem areas, see our Specialty Treatments.

Q: What makes eb5 so special? Can’t I topically apply the vitamins myself and get the same result?

A: eb5 Facial Cream contains our Synergex® skin rescue system, that was created by Pharmacist Heldfond. The Synergex® system allows Vitamins E,B5 and A (Vitamin A is the safe alternative to Retin A) along with other rejuvenation agents to be quickly absorbed into your skin for rapid results.

Q: Do you recommend eb5 Facial Cream for the décolletage area?

A: eb5 Facial Cream is perfect for the tender skin in the décolletage area. It’s also beneficial to apply to your hands. Add the eb5 Age Spot Formula to reduce the damage of sun and time in those areas as well.

Q: Most of the wrinkles appearing on my face are around my eyes. Is eb5 Facial Cream enough or should I add eb5 Eye Treatment?

A: We recommend using both to help prevent the appearance of lines around the eye area.

Q: I can’t get my husband to take care of his skin. Why would he use your Face Formula for Men when he hasn’t used anything else?
